Before you process
A shorter queue does not remove editorial judgment.
- Uploads are subject to a 20 GiB file limit and shared technical processing limits. Very long or high-resolution sources take longer.
- Speech alignment protects caption timing, but poor audio, overlapping speakers and unsupported language details can reduce accuracy or stop transcription.
- A promising passage is not a guaranteed high-performing short. Context, framing and the final edit still affect whether it is worth publishing.

Is there a fixed maximum video duration?
There is no simple per-video duration promise. File size, source format and shared technical limits still apply, and very long videos require more processing time.
How many shorts will I get?
You choose a target, but intoshort does not invent strong moments to fill a quota. A source may produce fewer useful suggestions when the requested moments are not present.
Can I edit the captions?
Yes. Keep the original transcription separate from your corrections, then adjust subtitle style, size and position before export.
